The garden surrounds the house. There is a lot of grass, but also some interesting flower beds, trees, and a paved patio with white cast aluminium chairs and tables. When it is really sunny there are multi coloured floral umbrellas to provide the shade. The patio faces west so has the sun for a lot of the day. It is edged by lavender bushes . There is a herb garden full of culinary herbs that are made use of most profusely., and a large greenhouse on the north perimeter fence facing south.
